- ➤ According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, regional gas prices in the Midwest dropped to $2.60 per gallon on Monday, now 8.3% below the national average, down from $2.69 last week and 12% lower than a year ago. Star Press

- ➤ In November, Delaware County listings had a median price of $184,900, up 3.7% from October and 10.7% higher than last November. Homes averaged 1,694 sqft at $118 per sqft, and 116 new listings reflected a 20.8% increase from last November. Star Press
