- ➤ Delaware County coroner's office is seeking help identifying families of local residents Jewell Godfrey (75) and James Hancock (64). Godfrey died Nov. 23 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Parker City and Hancock died Dec. 1 in Muncie; anyone with tips should call 765-747-7724. Star Press
