Delta accepted an invitation to join the new Eastern Crossroads Conference and will leave its current conference after the 2026-27 school year to play alongside schools like Eastern Hancock, Lapel, New Castle, and Shenandoah.
The board approved the move—Delta will officially join the conference for the 2027-28 school year as it seeks a better fit amid growing enrollment disparities.
