- ➤ I&M crews have nearly finished work on Tillotson Avenue between Euclid and University avenues near IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, and the road is expected to reopen soon. I&M will coordinate with the city to repave the avenue in 2026 while replacing underground lines in Halteman Village and overhead lines near Northside Middle School and Scheumann Stadium—temporary road closures and traffic control measures will be needed through fall 2026.
