Muncie Civic Theatre hosted the Mayor’s Arts Awards on Sept.
19—marking 10 years of celebrating arts and culture—and honored local recipients like Christiana Mann and Mike Martin. The awards show will be broadcast on Ball State PBS at noon on Oct. 12 and 9 p.m. on Oct. 16.
