- ➤ Delaware County Emergency Management Agency and partners launched a new mile-marker system on White River to help first responders quickly locate emergencies between Yorktown and Daleville. The 27 reflective markers are securely affixed to trees every quarter mile—positioned above high flood levels and integrated into 911 dispatch systems. Star Press
