Red-tail Land Conservancy reports that only eight spots remain in the 10-week Indiana Master Naturalist program beginning Sept.
3 at the Environmental Education Center at Christy Woods on Ball State's campus, where adults 18+ will study local ecosystems with conservation experts.

The Star Press and IU Health invite votes for high school Football Player of the Week with 10 nominees from local teams.
Vote online until Thursday, Sept. 3 at noon ET+ voters can cast as many votes as they like to choose the top player.
