- ➤ The League of Women Voters of Muncie-Delaware County is hosting a public meeting on Thursday, Aug. 28 at 7 p.m. in the auditorium of Muncie Central High School—officials will discuss how vote centers let citizens mark their ballots at any county location on Election Day instead of a fixed precinct.
