Incoming high school seniors in Delaware County can now apply online for the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship—covering four years of tuition and fees plus up to $900 per year for books and equipment.
The program, administered by the Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County—requires applicants to be Delaware County residents attending an accredited high school with applications due by Sept. 15.
