Briarwood Lane until Aug. 29 during office hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.—buyers can choose trees, flowers, and grasses and pick up orders at the Muncie Sanitary District office on Sept. 25 to 26 at 2121 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

The Indiana Department of Health confirmed West Nile Virus in Delaware County mosquitoes collected during routine surveillance, and the Delaware County Health Department advised residents to remove standing water— which can breed mosquitoes—and use insect repellent to avoid bites.
