JoAnna Darda was named the Indiana Arts Commission’s Region 5 Arts Partner on July 15 by the Community Foundation of Randolph County to support artists across 11 counties in East-Central Indiana.

She brings over 13 years of arts and nonprofit experience (including work in Muncie) to strengthen local art programs.

The state Board of Pharmacy approved a settlement with IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital on July 15 that placed its pharmacy on three-year probation, imposed a $44,000 fine and required audits plus training for diversion prevention—despite concerns that the penalties were light.
