The Hyundai Elantra was the most stolen car in Indiana in 2024 with 475 thefts—a share of nearly 32,000 nationwide across 21 states—that shows the ongoing risk for car owners and the need for anti-theft measures.

Muncie City Court Judge Amanda Dunnuck announced that she will run for Delaware Circuit Court 5 in the 2026 election.

She has spent 22 years as an attorney and 10 years as a judge — making her the fourth local attorney to declare her candidacy.

Gina Caravaglia joined the Economic Development Alliance of Muncie-Delaware County as coordinator of the Delaware County Redevelopment Commission to lead planning, project management & administration of the county’s Tax Increment Finance districts.

She said her role will support local redevelopment efforts as part of the Vision 2027 plan.
