Muncie police investigated the fatal shooting of a 39-year-old man at a home on the 1700 block of East Centennial Avenue after receiving a call at 7:35 a.m. on June 18th; he was pronounced dead at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital and an unidentified male is in custody—coroners said an autopsy will be conducted later this week.
