Destination: Muncie has named Ball State students Adam Schuler and Samuel Brumley as new county ambassadors tasked with guiding peers in exploring local events and attractions—highlighting the area’s local gems.
Schuler, a Muncie Central High School graduate who works at the Children’s Museum, and Brumley, who recently interned at the Indiana Statehouse, bring a strong local connection to the program.
🏛️ Government
Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita is investigating DEI programs at Notre Dame, Butler, and DePauw to determine if the policies violate civil rights by treating people differently based on race—his office is gathering evidence and may later seek court orders for policy changes.
Notre Dame submitted its information on June 9 while Butler and DePauw have until the end of the month to respond.
