🚧 Accidents
Muncie police now believe that David M.
Flye (69) died in a June 3 crash when debris unbuckled his seat belt during an SUV rollover at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Bunch boulevards (both drivers sustained only minor injuries).
🏈 Sports
The Delaware County Athletic Association announced the 2024-25 All-County Baseball Team with 18 players from six schools + seven honorable mentions.
Delta led the selections with five players after winning the county tournament for the second consecutive season.
Ball State football announced on June 11 that 18 new transfer players were added—bringing the total transfers to 34 since Head Coach Mike Uremovich was hired.
The team began summer workouts on June 2 and will report for fall camp on July 29 before opening the season at Purdue on Aug. 30.
