- ➤ The IHSAA announced baseball sectional brackets for East Central Indiana schools. Sectionals will begin Wednesday, May 27 at local venues, with regional rounds and the state championship scheduled for early and mid-June. Star Press
- ➤ IHSAA revealed East Central Indiana high school softball sectional pairings on May 3. Sectional games will begin Memorial Day Monday, May 25 (regionals play on June 2, semi-states on June 6, and state championships on June 12 and June 13) as teams prepare for postseason play. Star Press
