- ➤ The Muncie Downtown Development Partnership has opened auditions for the 2025 DWNTWN IDOL contest where local singers will compete for a $500 cash prize, a trophy — and community performance opportunities. Auditions will be held at Heorot on Thursday nights until May 15 — and at the Common Market on Saturday evenings until May 17, with live rounds and public voting leading to a final show on Oct. 2 at ArtsWalker.
