A Muncie teacher and fitness enthusiast named Jen Southerland, 55, was killed Friday at about 6:10 a.m. when her bicycle was struck from behind by a Toyota Corolla Cross on Walnut Street just south of Delaware County Road 1000 North—police said the 72-year-old driver cooperated with authorities.
