A Selma man, William Edward Dalton Jr., 58, was arrested on Friday and accused of threatening to behead Delaware County’s five Circuit Court judges and to kill his cousin if he did not buy him a camper—he is held on a $25,000 cash bond as investigators review his actions.

Ball State University named Kristen McCauliff as dean of the College of Communication, Information and Media after she served as interim dean since July.
