- ➤ Police said that around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday a 32-year-old woman left her East Butler Street home with her 1-year-old and 9-day-old locked inside while she drank, and after crashing her car officers forced entry and found the newborn covered in waste and blue around the mouth as both children were taken to IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital—she was later arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and child neglect.
