The Yorktown Chamber of Commerce honored Lena Reid from Destination: Muncie on March 5 at Westminster Village for her work in community storytelling and local engagement.

She was recognized for her leadership and efforts to bring people together.

Muncie Community Schools was recognized by StriveTogether for rising literacy rates and better attendance; reading scores improved by 14% and suspensions dropped over two years as part of their Cradle To Career Muncie initiative (which also boosted graduation rates and Ivy Tech completion).
