- ➤ Delaware County commissioners voted last month to move the historic 1,000-pound courthouse bell near the downtown county building’s entrance. Forged in 1848 by George Coffin, the bell once tolled for court sessions and called Munsonians together for major events. Star Press

- ➤ Muncie and Delaware County leaders offered a positive economic forecast on March 5 at a breakfast event at Horizon Convention Center.
