- ➤ Four Muncie Central teachers were awarded over $1,900 in alumni grants on Feb. 10 to fund classroom projects including a sensory room, math experiments, drama sets and band instruction. Teachers may apply for next year’s grants by Dec. 1. Star Press
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Meridian Health Services launched chiropractic care for all ages at its MeridianMD facility at 100 N. Tillotson Ave. in Muncie on Feb. 10. The service is led by chiropractor Matthew Akins (with over 20 years experience) and accepts Medicare, Medicaid and most insurance. Star Press
