Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana will host five free tailgate food distributions on Feb.

3 to Feb. 7 at sites in Elwood (Callaway Park), Portland (Jay County Fairgrounds), Hartford City (Blackford County Fairgrounds), Anderson (Old K Mart Parking Lot) and Muncie (Second Harvest Warehouse).
