- ➤ Muncie’s MLK Day celebrations on Jan. 19 feature a free community breakfast at Ball State University’s L.A. Pittenger Student Center, youth programs at Motivate Our Minds and the Boys and Girls Club, and an evening worship at Union Baptist Church — all open to the public. Star Press
